Kansas City Foundation Invests $2 Million in HPV Vaccine

The Health Care Foundation of Greater Kansas City will invest $2 million to help low-income and uninsured women and girls access a vaccine aimed at preventing the virus that causes cervical cancer. Missouri Family Health Council will partner with the foundation to distribute the vaccine through Kansas City area family planning clinics.
