Celebrating Griswold v. Connecticut (1965): Landmark Supreme Court Case Decision Secured the Right to Use Birth Control

This year marks the 40th anniversary of Griswold v. Connecticut, the Supreme Court decision which invalidated a Connecticut law prohibiting counseling and use of contraception. The immediate impact of the decision was to provide married women in Connecticut legal access to contraceptive services. But it did much, much more.
