Missouri Family Health Council is a private, nonprofit organization dedicated to making reproductive health care and education available and accessible to all, with particular concern for disadvantaged and under-served groups. MFHC provides resources and promotes the rights that empower individuals to make informed and voluntary choices about their reproductive health to improve the quality of life for individuals, families, and communities.

Our Vision

This brochure has important information about pregnancy choices and MUST be available to all Title X clients who present with a positive pregnancy test, unless upon request, the pregnant client indicates she does not wish to receive such information. If the pregnancy choices brochure is declined by the pregnant client, this information MUST be documented in the client's chart.
